Dr. Ralph Handly is one of eight partners at EYE-Q Vision Care and specializes in optometry. With more than 35 years of experience, he provides primary eye care to patients at EYE-Q including eye examinations, contact lenses and the treatment and management of certain ocular diseases. He earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon and earlier received his Bachelor of Science degree at the same institution. He has also served as Chief of Optometry for the United States Army Reserve. Dr. Handly continues to review and analyze clinical study data to provide the best quality of service for EYE-Q's patients.
