Dr. Borba was born and raised in Tulare, CA.  After graduating from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, she enrolled in the School of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree.  Over the course of her academic career, Dr. Borba ranked on the national dean’s list and was a member of several honor societies.  Dr. Borba provides primary eye care to patients at EYE-Q, including eye examinations, contact lenses, and the treatment and management of certain ocular diseases.
